This page allows users to request a list of Qualified Arbitrators for the supplied search criteria. See help glossary for an explanation of terms used.

To request a list of Arbitrators, the user must select at least a minimum of one criterion (county). The user may refine the search by selecting the county and any combination of expertise, license type, arbitration method and last name.

For expertise, select the expertise based on the property type that is in dispute. For example, if the property owner is disputing the value of his or her home, select Residential.

For license type, select Appraiser if you want an appraiser to hear your dispute. If you want a broker or salesperson to hear your dispute, select Broker or Salesperson. If you want an arbitrator who is both an appraiser and a broker or salesperson, select both. If you do not have a preference who hears the dispute, leave the selection criteria blank.

For arbitration method, select from “In person,” “By teleconference” or “By written documentation.” You may select no arbitration method or any combination of all three methods.

If a Last Name search criterion is selected, the name must be alphabetic and must be between 1 and 25 characters long. Use only the Last Name search criterion if you are looking for a specific individual.

There is a limit to retrieving Arbitrators based upon the criteria submitted. If there are more results returned by the search than the page limit, a message will be displayed requesting that you refine the search criteria.
