Lease Drop - Crude Oil Help

You may select either Lease Number or Drilling Permit Number (one required)

Beginning period and Ending period (both required) The format is yymm for quarterly filers and yy for yearly filers.

Taxpayer Number: Supply the primary taxpayer number (optional)

Sub Type: Specify producer or purchaser (optional)

Secondary Taxpayer: The taxpayer number of the related party (optional)

County: Specify the county of the lease (optional)

American Petroleum Institute drilling number (optional)

Exemption Code (optional)

Incremental Exemption - Baseline, Incremental, or Both (optional)
